After 16 hours in the air the Stanford family finally arrived back in Texas Saturday morning. And what was the first thing the Dad wanted? A Whataburger. So some of us from Church waited in Venus for them to arrive from the airport.
It wasn't a huge crowd. Most people were going to meet at his Uncles house to greet them later. It was good to see them again after their 3 year abscence.
Their son also went over to the Exxon and got a pint of BlueBell ice cream. That makes 2 real good reasons not to leave Texas!
